About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our B2B sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business customers. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B sales and grow into an Account Executive or leadership role.


Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Lead Qualification
- Engage inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs.
- Qualify prospects based on frameworks.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM.

3. Relationship Building
- Develop rapport with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term prospects.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications.

4. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of activities and interactions in CRM tools
- Track key performance metrics such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Provide weekly pipeline and activity reports to management.

Required Qualifications
