- Create backlinks via blog commenting, directory submissions, blogger outreach, social bookmarking, etc. Monitor backlink quality and effectiveness.

Content Promotion:
- Share blogs and content on external platforms, forums, and Q&A sites (e.g., Quora, Reddit). Promote content to improve visibility and drive traffic.

Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze competitor backlinks and replicate strategies.

Social Media Engagement:
- Promote content on social media groups and forums.

Outreach Support:
- Assist with guest posting and influencer outreach campaigns.

Report Generation:
- Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.


Skills Required:

1. Basic SEO Knowledge: Understanding of off-page SEO and link-building techniques.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will support daily HR activities and help create a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation such as contracts, attendance, and leave records.

• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team.

• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback tracking.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

• Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports and MIS related to hiring, attrition, and attendance.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred).


Experience Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles.


Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills:
