Software The software creates a unique employee ID and profiles(editable) for every staff and accurately tracks their working schedule. The user can create various working shifts, and assign and verify staff's punch-in status in their shifts. The user can add or remove employees with a few simple clicks. The web and app-based software gives the user reports of staff's muster rolls, shift-wise reports, leaves calendar, regularisation reports, and overtime schedule. Basis this software-compiled payroll report the user can use to process the staff salaries. Hardware The integrated biometric device works wirelessly with the software and syncs the data every 2 minutes. The staff can also mark attendance using hardware(the mobile devices need to be registered with the device beforehand). The device can store up to 5,000 punchings in case of no net connectivity. With multiple colored lights and sound indications, it is super simple to know the device's status. Based on this software-generated payroll report, the user can process employee salaries.
