Unlike other software companies in this space, we not only provide software services, but also have a diverse range of end-to-end services. Our company was founded as a services-focused organization, and we have firsthand experience in handling various HR challenges, such as payroll, performance management, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance (e.g. PF, ESI). In the beginning, we utilized third-party HR software to address these issues, but we were not fully satisfied. This prompted us to develop our own software from scratch, specifically tailored to meet the needs of small and mid-size Indian companies. Additionally, we take a non-modular approach to pricing, meaning that once you invest in our software, there is no need to pay for additional features. This sets us apart from our competitors who may initially offer lower prices, but end up charging more for additional features.
