System Proctur is a comprehensive software designed specifically for coaching institutes to simplify and automate important operations such as managing enquiries, fees, and admissions. Proctur offers four products: PROCTUR ERP, EXAMDESK, PROCTUR LIVE, and PROCTUR LMS. PROCTUR ERP includes features such as enquiry and student management, digital exams and assignments, fees management, and advanced reporting. It also offers notifications and reminders, marketing and promotion tools, and the ability to handle multiple branches. EXAMDESK allows institutes to create and organize their question bank, offer test series and package selling, and generate performance reports. It also has the feature of NTA (National Testing Agency) and a word parser. PROCTUR LIVE enables live streaming of audio and video, real-time conversations, whiteboard sharing, screen sharing, and the option to record live classes. A Q&A feature is also available. PROCTUR LMS allows institutes to offer their teaching services on their own website or app. It includes a personalized application, the ability to sell courses and study materials, conduct live classes, and offer test series and daily quizzes. An online admission system is also available.
