The software offers a range of features for purchasing, sales, customer and vendor outstanding, masters, and other functions. It allows for the option to purchase regular items, size-wise items, and from existing items for faster purchases. An auto purchase order and purchase order with cut off feature are available. Debit notes or replacements can be made for returns, and the option to track returned items still in stock is included. Sales can be made with automatic invoice numbering and the ability to enter approval or sample items. Items can be scanned via barcode or manually searched, and coupons or membership entries are accepted. Discounts can be applied by amount or percentage, and returns can be processed directly in the same window. There is a pop-up option for selecting cash or card payments, and if there are multiple companies, users can select the company in the same window. The software also offers CRM features. Customer and vendor outstanding balances can be entered by bill or amount, and if the outstanding amount is 50,000 and the payment is 20,000, the software will prioritize clearing the oldest bill.
