What do you like about Snaphunt?
I was using Snaphunt to hire for tech and creative roles as talent in Switzerland & Germany can be expensive to hire full-time. I was able to find talent across Europe in regions like Turkey, India, etc where the time zone was suitable and easy to work with. It is very easy to post a job on Snaphunt and the platform has a lot of options for automation. I was able to get a large number of applications and also liked the new auto-reject feature that helps manage rejections daily with automation. It's a very useful platform if you are hiring International talent.
What you don't like about Snaphunt?
Snaphunt is very easy to use. So don't dislike anything in particular. But I think if it had options to add salary by the hour VS only by month and year it would help to find a lot more talent. Especially for contract roles. But I am aware they also have solutions for contract hiring.
