VectorViewer Fillable Forms

VectorViewer eForms is a user-friendly software that simplifies the process of creating and configuring Fillable Forms. This software also allows for the setup of a streamlined workflow for multiple parties to complete and sign forms, using User Roles defined in the system. The first step is to upload a PDF Form and configure it in the Dashboard Form Designer. From there, users have the option to set rules for form fields, add digital signatures, or make advanced configurations using Javascripts. Additionally, VectorViewer integrates with DocuSign for Digital Signatures, or users can set up e-signatures within the software. Once the form template is ready, it can be published and sent to end users using VectorViewer APIs. Users can then input their information and have the choice to either submit the form or save it for later submission. Submitted forms will provide the entered data to the system, which can be used directly by clients or to generate a flattened PDF for future reference. This flattened PDF can be saved in the cloud for future viewing or stored in a client database or custom file system.
