The Enterprise software has been specifically developed to meet the needs of hoteliers and groups who require an effective corporate support tool. It enables seamless management of operations across groups, while also streamlining workflow between departments for improved efficiency and cost control. The system can be fully customized to meet the standards and processes of any hotel chain. WINHMS system includes modules for Front Office, House Keeping, Call Monitoring, Point of Sale, Purchase, Inventory, F&B, Accounts, Payroll, and Banquet. The Front Office module offers a user-friendly interface for handling tasks such as reservation, check-in, guest folio and billing, night audit, guest profiling, and rate management. The House Keeping module includes features for lost and found, missing and damaged items, guest amenities, room blocking, guest complaints, and laundry billing. With Call Monitoring, the software can manage telephone calls, extension calls, wake-up calls, and call-barring. The Point of Sale module has the capability to take orders on mobile devices and display orders on kitchen display boards for easy tracking. It eliminates the need for a standalone restaurant point of sale system.
