Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, confident, and highly motivated Social Media & Content Creator to develop and execute engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling, research, scriptwriting, and communication skills, along with the confidence to interview industry professionals and participate in on-camera content.

The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Videography, Design, and Sales teams to create thought leadership, educational, product, customer, and industry-focused content.

1. Social Media & Content Strategy

• Develop and execute social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, competitors, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities.
• Develop monthly and weekly content plans aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Identify trending topics, formats, and content styles that can improve audience engagement.
• Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities for thought leadership content.

2. Content Creation & Scripting

• Plan and create engaging short-form videos, interviews, campaigns, and social media content.
• Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions, post copy, and video briefs.
• Create educational, thought leadership, product, customer success, industry, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop content ideas that are informative, engaging, and relevant to the target audience.
• Adapt content ideas and messaging according to different social media platforms.

3. Interviews & On-Camera Content

• Conduct interviews with SaaS founders, CMOs, demand generation leaders, customers, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare interview questions and discussion topics based on the guest's background and expertise.
• Coordinate with the videographer during shoots to ensure the required content is captured.
• Confidently communicate and participate in on-camera videos when required.
• Help create engaging interview-based and thought leadership content.

4. Collaboration & Publishing

• Work closely with the Videography and Design teams to bring content ideas to life.
• Prepare detailed content briefs for video and design requirements.
• Coordinate shoots, content production, revisions, and publishing schedules.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand identity and communication standards.

5. Performance & Optimization

• Monitor content performance across different social media platforms.
• Track metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, followers, and conversions.
• Analyze content performance and identify which formats and topics perform best.
• Recommend improvements based on audience behavior and performance data.
• Continuously experiment with new content formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches.
