AWMS started as a collaboration between Electrolux, a multinational corporation, and a team of professionals with extensive experience in workforce scheduling and planning. This partnership was initiated due to Electrolux's need for a reliable source to assist them with these tasks. Our software was created with input from various individuals working within factories, including employees, team leaders, Human Resources personnel, Health and Safety managers, and plant managers. This approach ensures that AWMS is both people-centric and focused on finding practical solutions. With our software, you can efficiently plan for the right person to be in the right place at the right time, all while prioritizing safety. This is achieved by taking into consideration factors such as production plans, skill levels, physical limitations of workers, and potential risks associated with workstations.
