Flow, allows teams to stay on top of their progress with project reporting and individual progress inspections. It also helps prioritize tasks and balance workloads by indicating who is available and engaged in which tasks at any given time. Additionally, it provides a new and improved dashboard that highlights what needs to be done to successfully complete tasks and projects. Teams can work separately in dedicated channels, such as sales having its own thread and management having its own thread, but can also be merged when necessary. The software also allows for the invitation of guest collaborators to specific projects, with the ability to control what they can see. Notifications and alerts keep users up-to-date on upcoming deadlines and project progress. Some useful folders within the software include "Catch Up," which shows what needs to be done, "Teams," where users can create and manage various teams and channels, "Invite Your Team," to add guest collaborators, "Notifications," which can switch to a calendar view to display tasks and member statuses, "Private Projects," where certain projects can be shared only with specific individuals, and "Project Notes," which provides a centralized location for schedules, assignments, project start and end dates, and task comments.
