This empowers businesses to effectively manage and optimize their lead distribution process. One of the methods available is the Round Robin approach, which is known for its simplicity and ease. It distributes leads to sales reps based on predetermined business rules. For businesses looking to offer a more flexible approach, the Blind method allows leads to be placed in a pool for sales reps to work on as they become available. In cases where leads are not producing desired results, the Shark Tank method allows for them to be reassigned to a different sales rep. A Hybrid option is also available, allowing for leads to be assigned based on various categories like geographical location, seniority of the sales rep, daily and monthly maximums, and more. Leads can also be categorized by age, gender, income, and territory, making it easy to assign them to individual or group users. To ensure timely communication, automated alerts can be sent via email or SMS.
