Copy Our User Access Control software provides a unique login ID for each DSR for each Tally company, allowing users to work with multiple companies. The company can be selected upon login, which then restricts the products and dealers displayed based on the DSR's ID or username. The software also validates the DSR's location and provides a fallback option for GSM network when GPS signal is not available. In terms of customer management, the DSR can view a list of dealer details, including contact information and outstanding amounts, based on their login. They also have the option to send emails, SMS, or make phone calls. For SMS, there are two methods available - one using a third-party SMS package through the server, and the other via mobile network. The DSR can also view a list of product group details and the individual products under each group, along with their available quantity. The software also allows them to view a list of all product details and their available quantities based on login. When it comes to sales orders, the software provides the option to view customer bill-wise outstanding amounts and generates a unique sales order number to track the DSR's sales activities.
