· Real-time Location Tracking

Ability to collect full-on information about the on-field employee's current precise location and allows them to assign meetings according to the availability of nearest clients. Information about the employee’s current meeting location with customers can be known on a real-time basis.

· Comprehensive Timeline Management

Can know employee’s attendance time with location, meeting notes entered, check-in/out time, waiting time in chronological order with time-stamp.

· Check-in/out Reminder

On-field employee’s check-in/check-out time from the customers’ meeting location can be tracked. And instantly quick reminders are sent to the users to check out if the users leave the check-in location without doing the checkout.

· Distance Travelled

In-app, between login and logout time, it is possible to figure out the total distance travelled by the employees in a day. In addition, get to know about the start time and end time of employees travelling from one location to another. This feature can be used by the company for calculating daily fuel allowances for each employee.

· Task Management

Ability to list out the daily tasks that the on-field employees have to do in a day. And also using this feature, sales managers can know about the on-time check-in/out at the task location along with the task status and meeting notes.
