Smart LAP is a revolutionary app for tracking employee attendance without any physical contact. It eliminates the need for biometric devices, which can potentially transfer germs from one employee to another. With Smart LAP, employees simply use their own phones to clock in and out, using advanced Face Recognition AI and Geo Fencing technology. To ensure accuracy, employees are required to take a selfie, which is then compared to their saved photo. Additionally, their location is verified to match the office location before their In/Out time is marked. This information is then automatically converted into attendance categories such as Present, Absent, Half Day, or Overtime, according to the company's specific rules. In addition, Smart LAP also offers a Leave Management feature, allowing employees to request leave directly through the app. These requests are then reviewed and approved by authorized personnel. Companies can also customize their own policies for calculating leave days, types, allowances, balance addition, and more.
